About Us...
In November 2002, Kessinger & Associates, LLC was
chartered to establish a business performance improvement
services business that focused first on the customer's
needs and health rather than on the service provider's
quarterly balance sheet. The three original principal's
collective resumes include:
- over 80 years of combined engineering, information
technology, business consulting, and project management
experience with clients from Fortune 500 to small
businesses, including offshore
- over 40 years of military and defense industry experience
(Army and Navy)
- advanced degrees in systems engineering, business,
and computer science
- certifications in engineering, software engineering,
project management, nuclear power, and quality assurance
- well developed skills in written/oral communications,
training development and delivery, mentoring, and
coaching, workforce development, and organizational
change management
- extensive experience with product life-cycle management,
business process improvement, engineering design/analysis,
systems engineering, manufacturing, software development/test/implementation,
enterprise resource planning, collaborative product
commerce, and project/program management.

Our Methodology
Our methodology is simple: help our customers
determine what are the real
issues adversely affecting
the metrics they use to measure performance in relation
to their strategic objectives. Whether it be people,
processes, technology or any combination therein; we
develop a "to be" model, refine a gap analysis,
and address the gaps. Gap solutions associated with
people, process, and/or technology are then addressed.
Kessinger & Associates is capable of delivering
the up front analysis and needs assessment on through
the implementation of proposed solutions. Whether the
solution is organizational, technical, or business process
in nature, we deliver through our virtual team and capable
