Kessinger & Associates is established as
a virtual company and as such only solicites resumes
from individuals willing to work under contract or as
temporary employees. We constantly are searching for
individuals with the following experience and qualifications:
- Education
Must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree (advanced
degree preferred) in a scientific, engineering, or
computer science field of study. Extensive experience
may substitite for degree requirements.
- Experience
Must have a minimum of 5 years in two of the following
areas: project managment (PMP required); systems engineering;
computer science/engineering; training development;
business process consulting; organziational change
management; business intelligence consulting; or leading
software development/implementation.
- Other
A desire to work in a self-directed virtual environment requires
the capability to spend non-facing client time working
from a home/small business office. This requires basic
office and computer equipment and high-speed internet
connection sufficient to actively participate with
a high performance project team.
